Cake Table for Hire
About This Party Table
The Cake Table for Hire is the stage for the best moment of the party — candles, singing and the cake cutting — for KSh 1,500. It is a 4ft x 3ft table dressed in a full ruffled skirt in pink or white, with a coloured top, so it arrives party-ready with nothing to improvise. Big enough for a tiered cake, the knife and a few decorations, it looks perfect in front of a balloon arch or backdrop.

All About the Cake Table in Nairobi
Why a dedicated cake table?
The cake cutting is the moment everyone photographs. A dressed cake table puts it centre stage instead of on the end of the buffet, sized so a single cake does not look lost.
Pink or white ruffles
Choose a soft pink ruffled skirt for princess, pastel and floral themes, or crisp white for everything else. The table is used for party favours and gift displays too.
Cake table price
KSh 1,500, with no minimum order. Transport is quoted by venue location. Add a Cake Stand (KSh 1,500) to raise the cake.
Getting the best photos
Place the table in front of a backdrop or balloon arch, leave space in front for everyone to gather, and light it if the cake cutting happens after dark. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
