General questions

How much does a kids party cost in Nairobi?
Our packages start from KSh 20,000 for a standard setup and go up to KSh 400,000 for premium themed parties. Individual items like bouncing castles start from KSh 5,000. We always publish prices — no hidden costs.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends. However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings (under 7 days) — call us first and we'll do our best.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes! We deliver within 100km of Nairobi, covering Kiambu, Kajiado, Machakos, and parts of Nakuru. Core Nairobi areas get free delivery; outer areas have a small transport charge.
What ages do you cater for?
We specialise in parties for children aged 1-12, with equipment and themes suited to each age group. We also handle baby showers, christenings, and adult parties.
Do you set up at any venue?
Yes — your home garden, apartment compound, hotel hall, school grounds, or any outdoor/indoor venue. You provide the space, we bring everything else.
What's your payment process?
An 80% deposit via M-Pesa or bank transfer confirms your booking. The 20% balance is due on the day of the party. We send a formal quote and receipt for every booking.
Is the equipment safe for children?
Absolutely. All bouncing castles and inflatables are regularly inspected, cleaned after every use, and powered by reliable generators if your venue lacks power. Safety is non-negotiable.

Booking, payment & delivery

How do I book, and how much deposit do you need?
Message us on WhatsApp at +254 111 548 024 with the date, your child's age, the venue and guest count. We send a fixed quote the same day, and a 50% deposit via M-Pesa confirms your date. The balance is paid on delivery.
How far ahead should I book?
Three to seven days ahead is ideal for weekends; allow 14 days for school holidays and public holidays, which sell out first. Same-day bookings are often possible — call to check.
Is delivery included, and where do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery, setup and collection are included across Nairobi — Karen, Runda, Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Langata, Muthaiga, Gigiri, Kitisuru, Parklands, Ruaka, Rongai, Ngong and the CBD. Parties in neighbouring counties are welcome; send the venue and we'll confirm.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa or pay on delivery. Schools and companies can request an invoice.
What time do you set up and pack down?
Our team arrives 1–2 hours before the start time to set up and stays for supervised items like bouncing castles. We pack down after the party ends — you don't lift a thing.
