All About Red Carpets, Stanchions & Party Lighting in Nairobi
At Kids Parties & Event Rentals, the party starts at the gate. A red carpet gives the birthday child a movie-star arrival and every guest a photo moment. Choose classic red carpet at KSh 350 per square metre, cut to your length and width, or the ready-made 10m x 1m Red Carpet Walkway at KSh 10,000 per length. Line it with polished stanchions and velvet rope at KSh 1,500 per pair for the full VIP effect.
Green carpet is the practical one. It is an artificial grass carpet at KSh 250 per square metre that covers dusty, muddy or uneven ground under the party tent, along the path to the cake table or across a hall floor. It works indoors and outdoors, and our team lays it and collects it afterwards.
When the party runs into the evening, light it up. Fairy lights (KSh 2,500 per 30m string) and festoon lights (KSh 3,000 per 30m string) glow over tents, trees and backdrops. Pacan lights (KSh 3,000 per unit) wash the walls in your theme colours. The modular LED dance floor (KSh 6,000 per 1m x 1m panel) turns a teen birthday into a proper disco, and a crystal-style medium chandelier (from KSh 10,000) adds sparkle over the cake table. Message us on WhatsApp or call to check your date. A 50% deposit confirms the booking, and transport is quoted by venue location.

Our team delivers and sets it all up, then collects it afterwards. Carpet hire starts from KSh 250 per square metre.

Red Carpet Entrances for Birthday Stars
Nothing says "it's your day" like a red carpet. Roll out the 10m Red Carpet Walkway from the gate to the party, line it with stanchions and velvet rope, and the birthday child gets a movie-star arrival while every guest gets a photo. It is the backbone of Hollywood, award-night, fashion-show and princess themes. For a different length or a wider runner, the red carpet is priced per square metre and cut to fit.
Green Carpet for Gardens, Tents & Paths
The green carpet is an artificial grass carpet that covers dusty, muddy or uneven ground. Lay it under the tent where the children eat, along the path to the cake table or over a hall floor for a garden or jungle look. It works indoors and outdoors and is laid and collected by our team, at KSh 250 per square metre.
Party Lighting: Fairy Lights, Festoons, Pacans, LED Dance Floor & Chandelier
Evening birthdays and teen parties come alive with light. Fairy lights (30m, warm-white LED) drape over tents, trees and backdrops; festoon lights (30m, Edison-style bulbs) give a warm vintage glow across a garden; pacan lights wash the walls in your party colours. The modular LED dance floor is colour-changing and music-reactive — the centrepiece of a kids disco — and a crystal-style medium chandelier (approx. 60cm) adds sparkle over the cake table.
