All About Kids Party Gaming, VR & Challenge Games in Nairobi
At Kids Parties & Event Rentals, we bring the games to your party. On the screen side there is a Virtual Reality Game station with its own attendant, a PlayStation console with two pads and big gaming TV screens. Beyond the screens, there are the Live Wire and Reflex challenges, a pool table, a fussball table, instructor-led archery, mini golf and Giant Jenga.
The PlayStation Console with 2 Pads for Hire is KSh 10,000 per console and comes with two controller pads and age-appropriate games. It is hired on its own, so pair it with the Gaming TV Screen for Hire at KSh 10,000 if you need a screen as well — the screen price depends on the size, and the same screen is also used for movie screenings and photo slideshows.
Whether it is a birthday in Westlands, a teen party in Karen or a school fun-day in Lavington, our team handles professional delivery, set up and collection. Screens, consoles and VR need a power socket and an indoor or covered spot; the challenge games need a power point; mini golf and Giant Jenga need only a flat space. Transport is quoted separately by venue location.

Gaming & VR Questions, Answered
Kids Party Gaming, VR & Challenge Games in Nairobi
Looking for kids party gaming and VR hire in Nairobi? We bring the games to your party: a Virtual Reality Game station with a dedicated attendant, a PlayStation Console with 2 Pads and a Gaming TV Screen, plus the Live Wire Challenge, the Reflex Challenge, a Pool Table, a Fussball Table, Archery, Mini Golf and Giant Jenga. Hire starts from KSh 6,000, with professional delivery and set up at your venue.
How much does it cost to hire gaming or VR for a kids party in Nairobi?
Pricing is per item. The Virtual Reality Game for Hire is KSh 8,500 per VR set and includes the headset, the controllers and a dedicated attendant. A PlayStation Console with 2 Pads for Hire is KSh 10,000 per console, before transport. A Gaming TV Screen for Hire comes in four sizes: 55" from KSh 10,000, 65" KSh 14,000, 70" KSh 18,000 and 80" KSh 25,000. Transport is quoted separately by venue.
Challenge Games: Live Wire & Reflex
For a games zone the whole party crowds around, add the challenge games. The Live Wire Challenge (KSh 20,000) is the steady-hand buzz-wire game — guide the loop along the twisting wire without touching it, or set off the alarm lights. The Reflex Challenge (KSh 20,000) is a light-up speed game: stand in the ring and react to the lights as fast as you can. Both need a power point nearby and suit kids, teens and parents alike.
Table Games, Archery & Lawn Games
The Pool Table (KSh 20,000) and Fussball Table (KSh 10,000) give older kids and teens a games-room feel, and Archery (KSh 10,000 per session) comes with a trained instructor and a safety surround. For the lawn, Mini Golf (KSh 10,000) is a roll-out putting green with putters and balls, and Giant Jenga (KSh 6,000) is the oversized block-stacking game that draws a crowd. None of the lawn games need power.
PlayStation Console & Gaming TV Screen
Console gaming is the heart of a screen party. The PlayStation Console with 2 Pads for Hire comes with two controller pads and age-appropriate games, so the kids can take turns from the moment it is plugged in. The console is hired on its own, so pair it with the Gaming TV Screen for Hire if you need a screen as well. The screen is hired separately — 55" from KSh 10,000, 65" KSh 14,000, 70" KSh 18,000 or 80" KSh 25,000 — and it doubles as a display for movie screenings and photo slideshows.
Virtual Reality Game Hire
Beyond the console, we bring the wow factor. The Virtual Reality Game for Hire is an immersive VR gaming station with a headset, controllers and a dedicated attendant who fits the gear and keeps the queue moving. Kids and teens love the interactive virtual experiences, and it is priced per VR set at KSh 8,500 — the easiest way to give the party something most guests have never tried at home.
Gaming Parties for Kids, Teens & School Events
Screen play suits a wide range of ages and occasions. We set up kids birthday parties, teen birthdays and school events across Nairobi, bringing age-appropriate games with the console and a dedicated attendant with the VR set. Hire the console together with the TV screen for a gaming corner in your living room, hall or clubhouse, and add the VR station beside it so there are two things to play.
Set Up Across All Nairobi Areas
We deliver and set up gaming and VR across Karen, Runda, Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Langata, Muthaiga, Gigiri, Kitisuru, South B, South C and the CBD. All we need is a mains power socket and a little floor space — our team handles the console, the screen, the VR headset, the cabling and the collection afterwards. Screens, consoles and VR go indoors or under cover; the challenge and lawn games also work on a flat lawn. Transport is quoted by venue location, so send us your address when you enquire.
