Four door frames spanning 6m or more, fresh floral accents worked through the balloons, a grand VIP professional stage, flanking organic balloon arches at either side, and a designer cake display pedestal — hired separately those would be a backdrop, a stage, two arches, a cake display and a florist, from more than one supplier, each with its own delivery window and its own idea of the palette. Here it is one installation, one team, one colour scheme, arriving once. Installation takes 6 to 8 hours, a full working day, which is the single most important planning fact about it. Our team needs the venue for the day before your event begins, and at a hired venue with a tight changeover that has to be negotiated in advance rather than assumed. Fresh florals also mean the palette and preferred blooms should be settled at booking rather than close to the date. Professional setup, takedown, custom colour matching to your theme and on-site styling are included in the price. Transport is charged separately and depends on your event location.
